The Therapy Basic certification course is divided into nine parts, covering Redcord® history and values, equipment familiarization, Neurac concepts and technology, lower limb function testing, the relationship between pain and neuromuscular control, myofascial kinetic chains, the correspondence between anatomical trains and Redcord® movement modules, evidence-based clinical applicability, clinical communication skills, Neurac clinical reasoning and critical thinking, Neurac assessment for lower back pain, and Neurac treatment principles and exercises for lower back pain.
In the Therapy Basic course, through hands-on guidance from experienced Neurac instructors, students learn to assess and correct neuromuscular dysfunction, core weaknesses, and myofascial imbalances. Participants in the Therapy Basic course will gain a deeper understanding of neuromuscular activation techniques and Neurac methods for motor re-education, learning to safely and effectively operate Redcord® equipment, train more refined musculoskeletal coordination, and access a more comprehensive database for practice and training strategies.
Course Objectives
1. To become familiar with the operation of Redcord® workstations.
2. To study theories of pain, neuromuscular control, and musculoskeletal dysfunction.
3. To study lower back pain functional testing and standardized Neurac assessment and treatment methods.
4. To study myofascial chains and the basic version of neuromuscular re-education exercises.
5. To study lower limb Neurac myofascial chain testing and Neurac clinical reasoning and interventional techniques.
